History

Our firm was established in 1947 by Joaquin M. Torrent. Its partners, of course, have changed during all these years, but the initial purpose of providing high value added services to domestic and international companies, remains alive.

In 1994 the Auditoría General de la Nación recognized our firm as "Category A" and included us in its Auditors and Consultants registry, Chapter Audit of Financial Statements.

In 1996 the Auditoría General de la Nación included us as registered consultants in the chapter Audits required by international credit institutions.

We are also recognized by the Interamerican Development Bank, the World Bank, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) of the United States.
